Here’s a round-up of beauty favorites May. This month it’s about the mix of staples and a few other new beauty products like nail top coats, brushes etc.
Colorbar Perfect Match Beauty Balm | How would I do a beauty favorites post without including a base! This is light weight, medium coverage and gives super dewy finish. The consistency is almost water-y, spreads very easily which looks like a second skin. Though the coverage and longevity is medium I simply like this one. Not a very heavy base for the scorching summer.
L’Oreal Paris Color Riche Extraordinaire Liquid Lipstick ‘Coral Encore’ | This is an amazing gloss! The micro-oils help to transform dry chapped lips into soft moisturized lips. I love the rich and non-sticky texture of the gloss. It gives lips that smooth and silky soft feel, this is an everyday color and the shine glossiness lasts for hours! L’Oreal Paris Color Riche Extraordinaire Liquid Lipstick has the color intensity of a lipstick, magnifying shine of a gloss and softness of a balm. Again for the summer this is a gloss is super sophisticated!
Revlon Colorbrust Lipstick ‘Chocolate’ | This is a great everyday wear lipstick. A nice brown shade which is pigmented good and can be worn daily, gives full coverage in just two swipes. Non-sticky, doesn’t leave stains and long lasting. Quite a staple in my makeup stash!
Sigma Beauty Eye Makeup Brushes | The pink brushes are my new love. How cute these look? The bristles are super soft, don’t shed and blends shadow well without irritating lids. Both the smudger and blender is amazing!
Sigma Beauty Individual Eye Shadow ‘Fawn’ | This shade is best, lots of fine shimmer yet subtle over application! The way it blends in is almost fab. It should be layered to build color. It can be used for brow highlighter and in the inner corner of the eyes.
L’Oréal Top Coat ‘Golden Leaf’ | I’m almost using this top coat continuously for a month. I love this top coat, adds shine and glam to nails. Apart from 7 other top coats from this range, I picked up this one remembered why I loved it so much. Perfect top coat! A little goes long way with these products. The top coat worn for more than 4 to 5 days doesn’t come off easily though! Argh same stories over glitter nail paints/top coats.
